Lucy studied English and Drama at the University of Manchester, where she quickly became drawn to the creative process offstage — developing an eye for talent and a strong instinct for collaboration. She began her career working with supporting artists on high-end Northern television productions, where she thrived in fast-paced environments and discovered her passion for agenting.
Back in her native London, she joined the iconic Young Actors Theatre, managing rising stars including Asa Butterfield and guiding their early careers with care and clarity. She went on to represent actors, writers and comedians across television, film and theatre — working with some of the UK’s most recognisable names.
More recently, Lucy shifted her focus to post and production talent, where her creative sensibility and people-first approach found a natural home. Before joining Loop, she created and led a screen division at a boutique agency, representing Heads of Department across Sound, VFX and Post-Production.
Lucy brings a considered, collaborative approach to her work, underpinned by strong industry knowledge and a deep respect for the craft and creativity that drive each production.
