About
Education: I qualified as a Hairstylist, Colourist and Barber in 1999. Worked as a full time Hairstlist with 5 years commercial salon experience before going to GREASEPAINT London where I studied hair, wigs, make up and special effects for TV, Film and Theatre. On graduating from GREASEPAINT London I joined the BBC on a 1 year make up trainee programme.
Skills: All aspects of hair, makeup, sfx and wigs for TV and Film.
Inspiration: I find my inspiration for my hair and makeup design through the visual of day to day life, travel, historical reference, archive footage and the work of other creatives.
Career high: It’s hard to pinpoint a specific career high but on reflection over the last 18 years of working in TV and Film I have to say that I have experienced a career high in every project I have been apart of.
