Inspiration & Career Highs:

I grew up in a multilingual household, from a very young age I was fascinated by how sound can act as an emotional conduit in communication and story telling. From filming in remote Greek islands to challenging tropical beaches in Fiji and snow piled urban settings in Glasgow, it’s a challenge to choose a career high. I am experienced in choir and classic instrument recordings, having worked in the ancient amphitheatre of Herodium and Megaron concert hall in Athens, have extensive knowledge in setting up large format open air P.A. sound systems and set up Europe’s premier 5.1 open air sound system for electronic music, while running a record label releasing over 100 ambient downtempo tracks, printing in both physical and digital formats in London and California. I‘ve had the pleasure to hone my audio skills in different professional sound fields which have diversified my skillset towards being able to work under high pressure and demanding shooting schedules, in a variety of filming styles and formats.

It’s hard to pick a career high, film making is a collaborative process moving forward in synergy by the trust and support that my team, directors and producers have meticulously shown over the years. It’s hard to beat the feeling of delivering original performances via a consistent and well orchestrated sound department in various parts of the world. Having witnessed the magic of energy shifting performances from actors like Anjelica Huston, Jean Reno, Anna Paquin, Aisling Francosi, Noah Schnapp, Corey Johnson and Sheridan Smith among many more, is a motivational career high each and every time.
