About
Georgia is a Glasgow-based Intimacy Coordinator who trained at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland before setting up the first Scotland-based IC company, Intimacy In Arts.
She has worked across a range of productions and broadcasters including Netflix, ITV, and the BBC, and encourages a collaborative, human-centric approach to Intimacy Coordination, focusing on consent, well-being, and authenticity. Georgia believes the environment which you create impacts the art you produce, and their personal ethos aims to honour the humanity in the room.
Before becoming an Intimacy Coordinator Georgia worked in the Mental Health sector, greatly informing practice as an IC, and is an active union member of BECTU’s IC Branch having previously served on the board as the Learning and Publications Representative.
Georgia also runs Intimacy Coordination workshops in Glasgow through her company Intimacy In Arts, helping participants to explore the fundamentals of safe, respectful, and effective intimacy coordination
