James began his career in Vancouver, working in the Production department on high-end Commercials, Film & TV. During a busy 2 years in Canada he learnt the nuts & bolts of production, shooting grizzly bears, car stunts, Hollywood celebrities and everything in between.
Following this stay in North America, James moved to London and established himself as a freelance Production Manager & Producer. He worked on projects throughout the world, working with some of the best Directors and production companies in the UK.
James moved into talent management in 2017, representing below-the-line talent for their work across commercials and long-form projects. In early 2022, James joined Loop Talent as an Agent.
James is now based in Sheffield and acts as a Committee member for the Yorkshire region of the Production Guild of Great Britain.
