Steve Wells is a Level 2 grip with a decade in the industry, currently working towards his GBCT NVQ Level 3 qualification. He began his career as a Key Grip in 2017 after serving in the British Army, bringing a strong work ethic and disciplined approach to his craft.
Specialising in camera rigging, Steve has worked across commercials, HETV, film, and drama. He maintains a large selection of grip equipment and collaborates closely with 99 Cars tracking vehicles. With a fleet that includes LWB and SWB vans, as well as a pickup truck, he ensures seamless logistics for any production.
Guided by the motto “Work smart, not hard,” Steve emphasises meticulous preparation, knowing that the key to a smooth shoot lies in planning and efficiency.
