Lali has been a member of the camera department for nearly seven years, and after stepping up to load long form narrative in 2019, they have become efficient at helping to run a camera team. They are an experienced technician, comfortable with multiple formats and are working on improving their confidence loading 16mm and 35mm. Lali co runs The Equity List mentoring and training scheme, and endeavours to create systemic and structural change within the film industry. They hope to utilise their skills and expand their connections by moving into central loading on high end projects.
