How do I join the Diary Service?

If you are interested in joining the Loop Talent Crew Diary Service please read on for more information about how to apply. Please note this information is specific to joining the Loop Talent Crew Diary Service and not the Agency.

What is a Diary Service?

Loop Talent Crew is a Diary Service for freelance technicians and crews who work within the film and TV industries. We provide our crew with a professional and reliable service to help juggle pencils and manage busy freelance diaries.
A Diary Service is available to take calls on behalf of the freelancer, pencil in dates for clients, ask all the finer details such as rates, locations, kits requirements etc, juggle pencils and chase for confirmation on projects.
A Diary Service is very different from an agency as we are not here to find individuals’ work.  Instead, it’s a great way for busy freelancers to make sure that their calls are always answered, and that production companies are able to have access to their client’s availabilities instantly.

What is the joining process?

The Loop Talent Crew Diary Service is exclusive and we represent a considered roster of talent. As such we ask that you provide two references from existing members of Loop Talent.

What to send in?

  • A small bio about yourself and your work
  • Up to date CV
  • Link to your professional website
  • Links to your professional Instagram & Twitter
  • Names of two people from the roster (either agency or diary service) who can provide a reference for you.

Who do I send this to?

Email hello@looptalent.co.uk with your job title as the email subject.

When can I expect a reply?

We receive a lot of enquiries so please bear with us. We aim to respond to new joiner emails within 4 weeks.
