Daisy began her career as a freelance Casting Researcher for Television Programmes and Commercials before transitioning into a permanent role at a below-the-line talent agency. There, she successfully managed a Crew Diary Service, growing the client list to over 50 crew members working across Film, TV, Commercials, and Music Promos.
In 2021, Daisy joined Loop Talent to lead Loop Talent Crew, the Diary Service for Production, Runners, Camera & Lighting Technicians, Grips, Sound Recordists, Art Department Assistants, Costume Supervisors, and Costume Assistants.
She has since expanded her focus to represent a small, select group of Directors of Photography, alongside running the diary service.
Daisy is a strong advocate for women and non-binary professionals in traditionally underrepresented roles, particularly within camera, sound, and lighting departments. Daisy states, “As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, representation matters, and I’m proud to manage a diverse and wonderful roster of crew.”
Daisy is also a certified Mental Health First Aider.
